Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Products with signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

First, check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted

Sale items

Only items at regular price can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at henrik.hilker@additnature.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of the item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had sent the order to themselves to later give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
